Call 225-769-2500 To Request An Appointment
In order to slow the spread of COVID-19, we have added Telemedicine to our practice!
Some patients may be able to see their provider via telecommunication device (smartphone, webcam enabled computer, tablet) or in some cases, by telephone. This enables patients to conduct their routine visits, speak to the physician about medication needs and more from their home. If you have a scheduled appointment, our office will speak with you about the possibility of conducting your visit via telemedicine. If you are scheduled for a telemedicine visit, we will send a Telemedicine Consent Form to you. You may review it here.
