Michelle Genre
APRN, FNP-C
Michelle Genre is a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with greater than 15 years of experience in Urology. After obtaining her B. S. in Nursing from Southeastern Louisiana University in 1991, she practiced as a Registered Nurse in various critical care areas at local hospitals and as a travel Nurse. In 2001, Michelle joined Dr. Morris’ Urology practice as an RN/RNFA, while attending graduate school at the University of South Alabama. After earning her M.S. in Nursing in 2006, she obtained her FNP certification from the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Michelle underwent Robotics surgical training in 2010 with Dr. Morris and was an integral part of the assisting teams during the development of the Robotics programs at Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center, Baton Rouge General Medical Center, and Surgical Specialty Center of Baton Rouge.
Michelle is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, the Louisiana Association of Nurse Practitioners, and the Society of Urologic Nurses and Associates.
Michelle enjoys traveling and spending time with her family when she is not practicing.
Johanna Lasseigne
PA-C
Johanna is a 2011 graduate of Louisiana State University where she obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. She later graduated with honors from Our Lady of the Lake College where she earned her Master of Medical Science degree in Physician Assistant studies in 2016. She spent the first 2 years of practice working as a physician assistant in critical care, pulmonology, and hospital medicine at Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center, Lane Regional Medical Center, and Woman’s Hospital. In 2018, Johanna transitioned into the field of urology working with Dr. Angelo Annaloro at Baton Rouge Urology.
Johanna is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, the Louisiana Academy of Physician Assistants, and the Urological Association of Physician Assistants.
When not practicing, Johanna enjoys traveling and spending time with her family & beloved Weimaraner, Smokey.
Alicia M. Vick
MMS, PA-C
Alicia is an Army Veteran and a graduate of Franciscan University where she obtained her Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology- Human Medicine with honors. She then graduated from Franciscan University’s Graduate Program where she earned her Master of Medical Science Degree. She is the recipient of the Student Excellence and Commitment to Service Award, the Franciscan Student Award, and the Rising Star Award. She is a Nationally Board-Certified Physician Assistant. Alicia has many years of experience in the field of Urology as a previous Medical Assistant and Phlebotomist prior to becoming a PA. She works with Dr. Stephen R Vick, at Baton Rouge Urology Group.
Alicia is a member of AAPA – the American Academy of Physician Assistants, LAPA- the Louisiana Academy of Physician Assistants, AASPA-American Association of Surgical Physician Assistants, and UAPA-Urologic Association of Physician Assistants.
Her favorite activities include spending time with family, fishing, and their Golden Retriever, “Roux”. She is passionate about being a lifelong learner, helping others, and making a difference in her patient’s lives and in the community.

Ann Linton
CPC, CEMC, CUC, AAPC Fellow, Business Manager
As part of our practice since 1999, Ann Linton has served in multiple roles. For over a decade, Ann has been our Business Office Manager as well as providing medical coding and compliance support to our office. In 2005, Ann completed the Medical Billing and Coding program at Louisiana State University’s DOCE. Ann is certified by the American Academy of Professional Coders as a medical coder, an evaluation and management coder as well a urology specialty coder. She has served multiple terms as a board member for the Baton Rouge Chapter of AAPC and frequently mentors new medical coders. She is an active member of both Louisiana MGMA and Baton Rouge MGMA. Ann speaks nationally on billing and coding topics as well as physician practice efficiencies. Ann and her husband Adam have been married since 1992 and they have three sons.
Travis Telhiard
Administrator
Travis has nearly 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry and has led the Baton Rouge Urology Group as their practice administrator since 1999. Travis was born and raised in East Baton Rouge Parish and graduated from Southeastern Louisiana University with a BA in Management. He has been a member of the Baton Rouge chapter of MGMA since 2000 and was their President from 2010-2011. Travis is also a member of the Louisiana MGMA, National MGMA, AUA Practice Managers Network, and the American College of Healthcare Executives.
